The 2025 Summer Grind presented by LA Golf represented the first Grass League tournament to be held outside of Arizona, with Goat Hill Park in Oceanside, California as the host site.
It was also the first time franchise aggregate scoring was implemented. This presented an exciting opportunity for franchises to rally together and battle against their rivals.
Each franchise was represented by 4 2-person teams, for a total of 88 golfers in the field. Grass League staples returned to action, and were joined by many new faces, some of whom call Goat Hill Park home.
The energy throughout the weekend was palpable and franchises rallied behind their teammates to make for top-notch competition. With impressive rounds from many teams, the leaderboard was tight until the back 9 of the final round. Down the stretch, the Michigan Auto Aces put their foot on the gas and claimed the inaugural Summer Grind title by an impressive 6 stroke margin and a franchise total of -64.
